The LFLLD Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeter provides reliable and cost-effective flow measurement for conductive liquids in large pipelines. Featuring easy installation, bi-directional flow measurement, automatic range switching, and multiple output options including 4–20 mA, RS485, and HART, it is ideal for water supply, wastewater treatment, irrigation, drainage, and other industrial flow monitoring applications.

Movable mechanical parts and converter has optimized design and compact structure,easy to install. Converter and sensor are interchangeable and measuring range can be freely changed (0.5m/s~10m/s).

Automatic range switching:The range can be automatically switched to ensure that the full range of accurate measurement when flow changes.
Positive and negative flow direction calculation:Users can choose positive measurement or reverse measurement (factory setting:positive).
Upper and lower limit alarm:Users can set the upper and lower instantaneous flow limit,when the flow exceeds the upper limit or lower limit set value,buzzer will alarm or set relay output (user selectable)
Empty pipe alarm:Under working condition,when measuring the empty pipe,the instantaneous flow rate is zero and the left center of the screen will show false alarm.
Power‑off protection:The flowmeter operation results and set parameters will not be lost when the power is turned off, EEPROM can save the set parameters and cumulative value.
Small signal removal:Users can set the lower limit voltage or lower limit flow rate through the display panel, so as to remove the small signal interference.
The instrument has "automatic zeroing" function to eliminate electro‑chemical interference signals, and the zero point is self‑stabilizing.
The sensor has a variety of protection levels and installation methods,including IP68 for submersible installation.
