The vane-type water flow detectors, which monitor or flow water in the wet pipe sprinkler system, send an alarm when a continuous flow of water from an activated sprinkler head or a leak occurs in the system.
The water flow detectors can be mounted on vertical or horizontal distribution tubes in wet tube suction systems.
T-tap water flow detectors are also available and are usually captured in NPT one-inch steel T with threaded, copper and CPVC connectors in T-type connectors.
T-tap water flow detectors accommodate a wide range of pipe sizes and sizes, from sizes from one inch to two inches. The detectors use a pallet or a plastic,
which is installed through an opening in the wall of the distribution tube. When the water flow is greater than 10 gallons per minute, a pallet or shovel, which produces a switched output, usually after a predefined time delay.
To minimize false alarms due to pressure spikes or trapped in the sprinkler system, a mechanical delay is often used to delay switch activation. This delay is often
called delay, as it replaces the previously mentioned delay chamber in wet piping systems.
If the water flow decreases to four gallons per minute or less, the timing mechanism will be reset; delays do not accumulate. Time delays are adjustable from 0 to 90 seconds.
Typically, water flow detectors are equipped with dual SPDT switches (form C) to activate an alarm panel and alarm bell or an A / V device. When a water flow
detector is connected to a water control panel sprinkler control / fire alarm listed, or start circuit must be silent.
Water flow detectors are designed to be used in a variety of environments and are used for indoor and outdoor applications.
The FS series liquid flow switch is designed to manage flow changes when liquid flows in the tube, such as water, ethylene glycol or other non-hazardous waste.
When the liquid flow is greater or less than the set value, the double pole contacts (SPDT) can pass through one circuit and, in the meantime, interrupt or
another circuit. The FS series liquid flow switch is commonly used for chain reaction or "no flow" protection.
Resources
Maximum net pressure: 1 MPa, can be used in various applications.
There are 3 pieces of stainless steel, which can be used in tubes from 25 to 75 mm in diameter.
The number of variables is variable and the length of the variables can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements.
With an additional 6 "paddle, the FS series flow can be used on pipes with a diameter of 100 to 150 mm
Adjustable flow configuration, users can set the flow value according to their requirements.
The FS52 flow cover is fully closed. This structure is effective for electrical equipment against water and dust. (A little condensation is allowed). As the FS52 flow is indivisible and completely closed, a little condensation will not lead to electrical leaks. For user convenience, the FS52 has ample space for wiring.
The FS51 / FS52 can also be supplied with a stainless steel connection, suitable for ammonia and other media.
